Guam - All the criminal activity as of late truly has island residents on alert. In fact a report made to police just before noon today resulted in the temporary lockdown of Maria Ulloa Elementary School in Dededo. Guam Police Department spokesperson Officer Allan Guzman says police received a call of a suspicious man holding a handgun covering his face walking along Ysengsong Road. Officers searched the area but never located the individual.
