Guam - The Guam National Guard is doing what it can to help the nearly 140 Guard members and civilian employees who are affected by the furlough due to the lack of a continuing resolution in Congress.
The Guard is working with the Agency for Human Resources Development and Department of Labor to provide information on available resources and training opportunities for those who are affected by the furlough.
