Japanese tourists report getting robbed in Tumon

Guam - Local police are looking for an individual who robbed two Japanese tourists. The incident happened near the Tumon Sands Plaza. The tourists told police reported that they were sitting on a bench reading a map when a man ran toward them and grabbed their camera and clutch bags from them and ran off.
Police say the victims told them they didn't run after them because they were afraid and that they delayed reported due to the language barrier.
