Around two o' clock this afternoon Cabras 2 went offline taking out circuits and leaving parts of the central and south of the island without power.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Around two o' clock this afternoon Cabras 2 went offline taking out circuits and leaving parts of the central and south of the island without power. GPA spokesperson Art Perez says there is no word at this time of the cause but GPA was in the process of restoring power and residents were expected to have restoration in 30 minutes.
