Guam - The Department of Public Health Division of Environmental Health hosted the 8th Annual Guam Food Safety Education Month Conference. This year's theme was "Improving Guam's Food Safety for All" and featured over 100 representatives from hotels and restaurants, the Department of Education, University of Guam and other government agencies.

Several topics discussed were reduced cold holding temperature, manager's certification, consumer advisory and food allergies, and the hazard analysis critical control point for retail food service.

The conference wrapped Tuesday at the Marriot Resort and Spa.
