Guam - The U.S. Department of Justice awards $400,000 to the Judiciary of Guam through the support for Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program.

In a release from Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo's office, the funds will be used to increase the timeliness and accuracy of the courts information and to conduct verification of all sex offender data by hiring a case manager and a probation officer to increase its registry staff. The funds may also be used to send staff members to training workshops and seminars.
