Guam Int'l Film Festival off and running
The Third Annual Guam International Film Festival kicked off this afternoon at the Agana Shopping Center.
By KUAM NewsGuam - The Third Annual Guam International Film Festival kicked off this afternoon at the Agana Shopping Center. Over the next couple days festivities will start off with cocktail and cuisine stations before the movies hit the silver screen at 6pm.
GIFF festival director J.D. Iriarte said,"W have a lot of cool things we have Hafalofa, which they're going to be selling some GIFF shirts over here at our headquarters, also some pacific island Mongge Pops, which is going to be launch of those over here at the festival for the first year it's going to be really, really fun."
The festival runs through this Sunday. The official opening ceremony is scheduled for Friday evening at 6pm with the centerpiece film The Illness and The Odyssey.
