Flood advisory issued for Guam

The National Weather Service has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for Guam.   This includes the villages of Yigo, Tamuning, Finegayan Station, Barrigada, Mangilao, Dededo, Apra Harbor, Andersen Airforce Base, Agana Heights and Agat until 4:00 p.m., today.  At 9:53 a.m. radars show the monsoon rain band, which moved south, is gradually moving back to the north.  Residents can expect additional three (3) to five (5) inches of rainfall in the warned areas.
