GUAM - The mission of military Harbor Patrol Security units is to protect vital assets while in port. During Citadel Pacific 2013, an annual preparedness exercise designed to increase command readiness, real life training scenarios sharpened these sailors' ability to respond to any threat that may enter friendly waters.

Paul Cahill, contractor and head planner exclaimed "What we bring to the table is the ability to create a realistic training environment that really matches the operational training environment. Harbor security boats engage targets, a real life, well trained aggressor force, and then being to execute, able to identify a threat, classify that threat and determine hostile intent on that threat. We cannot predict where their next attack will be, so we have to be ready."
