Castillo pleads not guilty in federal fraud indictment

GUAM - John Castillo pleaded not guilty in the District Court -- He's accused of scamming over $72,000 from the federal government. According to the indictment, between February 2011 through January of this year he's accused of fraudulently claiming overseas housing allowance. Castillo allegedly submitted a bogus real estate rental lease claiming he was paying over $2,000 in rent monthly to his mother for living in his home in Dededo. His trial has been scheduled for November 22nd.
