Guam - Attorney General Leonardo Rapadas plans to launch a "distracted driving campaign" in the coming months. Prior to doing that though he's issued a memorandum to follow the law and not use a cell phone while driving a government of personal vehicle. Non-compliance, he said, could lead to disciplinary and or criminal action. The AG is encouraging all other government agencies to do the same adding that although it's been a public law for a while now, having a policy for the office will go a long way toward keeping us safe as we travel to and from our destinations.
