Man signs plea with feds for drug charges

Pabilito Pineda has signed off on a plea agreement with the feds. Pineda admitted that he sent several packages containing methamphetamine to Guam to Noel Vitug, who in turn would give them to Pablito's brother, Trifon Pineda.
