Helber Hastert and Fee Planners in Honolulu is being paid $10 million to provide services such as conducting land use planning studies and preparing project programming and environmental impact documents. The company has also been tasked with preparing cultural and natural resource management plans to name a few. Aside from Guam the work will be done at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities within NAVFAC Pacific's area of responsibility.
