Guam - A Guam Police Department detention and civilian police reservist was arrested for allegedly stealing items from Auto Spot in Anigua. Anthony P. Quichocho was charged with theft of property and official misconduct. GPD spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says an internal affairs investigation is underway.

Quichocho has been placed on administrative leave for 20 days.

Officer Balajadia initially reported that the theft occurred at a tire shop across from the Pigo Cemetery, but he later corrected that statement.
