Guam - Another defendant in an illegal gambling and money laundering case has signed a plea agreement with the feds. Jimmy Hsieh is scheduled to plead guilty on Thursday to criminal conspiracy to conduct an illegal gambling operation and money laundering.  He was charged in a federal indictment along with Wai Kam Ho, Jennie Pau and William Perez as well as several other defendants who already entered into plea deals.

According to the plea agreement, Hsieh admits that he and ho allowed Perez to take over the MGM Spa for the operation of illegal gambling.  The proceeds from the poker and baccarat cash games went to pay the rent for MGM. Hsieh agreed that more than $423,000 is forfeitable to the U.S. Government as they were proceeds from the illegal gambling.
