Arrest made in moped fatality

Max Theodore Manabat was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving, vehicle turning left must yield right of way, and improper left turn.

Guam - A Yigo man has ben arrested in connection with a moped fatality.  Max Theodore Manabat was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving, vehicle turning left must yield right of way, and improper left turn.  Police say Manabat was the driver of a 2004 Toyota Camry that attempted to make a left turn onto Jose Galo Street, Yigo colliding with the moped operated by James Paul Aguero who died from injuries sustained in the crash.
