Guam - A 29-year-old man is behind bars, accused of paying for a massage and then raping the masseuse when she refused sex. Chad Richard Tudela Benavente is accused of paying for a massage and then demanding to have sex. 

When the woman refused, Benavente allegedly raped the woman and then demanded his money back.  He was arrested for criminal sexual conduct and robbery.
