Guam - The Guam Memorial Hospital welcomed the donation of a ventilator valued at $18,000 from the TakeCare FHP Group, whose chief of operations, Jeff Larsen, said, "We value the partnership that we've had with GMH it doesn't need to be said but they are the only hospital on Guam and certainly a lot of our patients travel through these doors as many island residents do so we are very happy to make this donation and see it put to good use."
The ventilator will allow for flexibility in its use to care for both pediatric patients and adult patients who need breathing support as a result of their lungs failing. GMH and its Volunteer Association extended their gratitude to take care for their generous life saving donations over the years.
