Guam - Two Superior Court of Guam employees have been arrested. According to police spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says GPD received information that a court employee was operating a vehicle with fraudulent plates.  The vehicle was found parked by the law library.

According to Balajadia the owner had been previously cited and the original vehicle plates were confiscated. Police say the owner was informed not to operate the car without properly registering it with proof of insurance. 24-year-old Vince Cody Taimanglo Guerrero was arrested for fraudulent use of a license plate and conspiracy. Guerrero is an administrative services assistant at the Superior Court.  He informed police that he got the plates from 25-year-old Brian Joseph Taitano Aflague.

Aflague is a court bailiff.
