Moped rider killed in Yigo accident identified

Highway Patrol Division officers continue to investigate the island's tenth traffic-related fatality. Police have released the identity of the moped operator.

Guam - Highway Patrol Division officers continue to investigate the island's tenth traffic-related fatality. Police have released the identity of the moped operator.  40-year-old James Paul Aguero died from injuries he sustained when he was struck by a car in Yigo on Tuesday night. 

Traffic investigators still need to conduct several interviews and have not determined who was in violation. They are also looking to see if speed or alcohol were factors in the crash.
