Twency Luku behind bars for murder

Guam - 24-year-old Twency Luku remains behind bars on $150,000 cash bail for the murder of Fonuk Anderson. Luku pleaded not guilty to murder and aggravated assault charges. 

He told police that Anderson had thrown a wrench at him so he retaliated by stabbing the victim and then stabbing another man who was drinking on the side of the road. Another hearing is scheduled for August 19.
