Downtown educational facility gets greenlit

The Guam Economic Development Authority has issued the notice to proceed for contractors Inland Builders Corporation to begin Phase II of the construction of the Guam Chamorro and Educational Facility in Hagatna.

Guam - The Guam Economic Development Authority has issued the notice to proceed for contractors Inland Builders Corporation to begin Phase II of the construction of the Guam Chamorro and Educational Facility in Hagatna.  The NTP was issued after Attorney General Leonardo Rapadas and Governor Eddie Calvo signed off on the building construction contract Friday.  

Inland Builders was awarded the estimated $15.3 million construction contract in June this year.  The Guam Museum is set to boast many world class features to spotlight Guam's history and culture to include two floors of exhibition space, an indoor theater and an enclosed garden. The Guam Museum is set to open in December 2014.
