Release approved for man accused of child porn

Guam - Federal Magistrate Judge Joaquin Manibusan granted the motion for release for Jimmy Turrubiartes.  He was released to a third party custodian.

Turrubiartes was indicted in May for allegedly receiving depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct between July 2010 and June of last year.  He has pleaded not guilty.
