Guam - Napoleon Medina was sentenced in federal court today. Earlier this month he signed a plea agreement. He was indicted in February of defrauding the Defense Finances and Accounting Service of more than $16,000 in Military Overseas Housing Allowance funds.  Medina claimed he was paying monthly rental payments to his father and submitting a bogus real estate lease to substantiate the false claim.  In court today he was sentenced to two years of unsupervised probation and ordered to pay $9,400 in restitution.
