Guam - Kevin Michael Cruz is scheduled to appear in the District Court of Guam Tuesday to be sentenced. Cruz has signed a plea agreement with the feds. He was a fugitive that was picked up last September by law enforcement authorities at the Palm Ridge Hotel. When U.S. Marshals picked him up they found cut straws and plastic baggies containing the drug ice. They also found a black bag containing two firearms, as well as a m-84 stun grenade, a fuse/detonator, nine rounds of ammunition and pay-owe sheets. According to court documents Cruz admitted that he used the firearm for protection during his drug sales. Cruz is scheduled to appear before Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon.
