Woman maintains innocence for fraud charges

Guam - Cassie Hernandez pleaded not guilty to charges in an indictment that accuse her of defrauding the Defense Finance and Accounting Service in receiving $15,000 in Overseas Housing Allowance funds.   Hernandez was allegedly claiming she was paying monthly rental payments to her father for her occupy a home in Santa Rita.

Trial has been scheduled for September 30th.
