Man indicted for child porn asks for release

Guam - Jimmy Turrubiartes has filed a motion in federal court to be released to a third-party custodian with electronic monitoring.   He was indicted in May for allegedly receiving depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct between July 2010 and June of last year.  He has pleaded not guilty. A hearing on his motion for release has been scheduled for July 31st.
