Guam - Firefighter Edward Cruz was indicted by a superior court grand jury today. The 50-year old was indicted on charges of criminal mischief as a felony and disorderly conduct as a petty misdemeanor. The indictment stems from his arrest earlier this month in which a woman reported to police she had been arguing with Cruz. When she tried to leave he allegedly became so irate that he began striking and punching her car. Cruz we should add has a history of runins with the law, however his cases were either dismissed or expunged. The firefighter two is currently on administrative leave from GFD.
