Guam - According to the latest Guam Real Estate Market Update sales have been relatively stable compared to the last two years. The report prepared by Captain Real Estate also shows that the median price of a single family home has declined by 12 percent from 2012 to $190,000 which is the lowest since 2007.  The report also noted the danger of a housing crisis over the next few years is increasing and questioned the Guam Housing Study's suggestion of the need for 3,000 affordable housing units.
