Drug pusher appears to change plea

Guam - Rodney D. Taitano appeared before District Court Magistrate Judge Joaquin Manibusan today for a change of plea hearing.  According to court documents Taitano pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of the methamphetamine hydrochloride.  He is scheduled to be sentenced November 7th barring any objections.
