Toxicology reports pending for Harmon crash

Guam - GPD is still awaiting toxicology reports for the auto pedestrian crash in Harmon. As we reported off duty GPD officer Eugene Charfauros was heading northbound along Route 16 near St Paul's School when he collided with a male individual. According to GPD spokesperson Art Paulinio speed was not a factor however the case is still open and violations and arrests are still being looked into.
