Man charged for throwing slipper at baby

A 21-year-old man is accused of throwing a slipper at a one year old girl knocking her to the ground. But get this - while she was laying faced down Chris Junior Anderson Tedtaotao then allegedly kicked her causing her to land two feet away on her back. The entire incident was caught on video tape.
