Airport's board approves pair of bids
During its meeting this afternoon, the Guam International Airport Authority board approved two award bids.

Guam - During its meeting this afternoon, the Guam International Airport Authority board approved two award bids. The board approved J.J. Global to provide custodial services for the TSA offices and facilities. J.J. Global provided a bid of $47,000 for a contract term of three years that may be renewed annually. The board also approved Nippo USA incorporated to provide construction and renovation work to rehabilitate Phase II of runway six at the airport. The award contract is worth $6.8 million.
During today's meeting it was also announced that Vladivostok Air will start providing charter flights to Guam between November this year to March 2014. The aircraft will be able to accommodate up to 155 passengers.
