Guam - The Supreme Court of Guam has determined that the Superior Court acted appropriately when it denied a bail modification motion filed by Police Officer David Q. Manila.  In a decision handed down today the high court determined that Superior Court Judge Anita Sukola did not error and did not abuse her discretion in denying the motion.

Officers Manila and Anthony Quenga are awaiting trial which was pushed back for two months after the defense waived their rights to a speedy trial.  The two are accused of promoting prostitution at the former blue house lounge and face charges of criminal sexual conduct.
