Guam - Island residents who are TRICARE beneficiaries are being warned about a new phone survey scam. Naval Hospital Guam's Business Office issued a warning to beneficiaries as someone claiming to be from the TRICARE contractor for the Pacific Region, International SOS, has been doing a phone survey solicitation.

Lieutenant J.G. Nathan Johnson says they are not currently conducting surveys and generally do not contact beneficiaries for surveys as any inquiries would be performed through the TRICARE area office.

Those who have been contacted by someone stating they are from ISOS are asked to report this by calling toll-free 877 451-8659.
