GUAM - An irate customer who was upset because he couldn't get his tax refund was arrested on charges of terroristic conduct and terrorizing. GPD spokesperson officer AJ Balajadia says a man made a threatening comment to one of the Rev and Tax employees on Thursday morning. The employee told police that a man became angry that Rev and Tax no longer provides the refund assistance program anymore. Raymundo Michael Bungabong allegedly said he should have brought his gun and not left it in the car.
