GUAM - Despite just having its public hearing yesterday, both Bill 107 and Bill 118 are part of the 21 bills placed on session agenda for next week. Also up for discussion are Speaker Judi Won Pat's Bill 100 requiring the deposit of unclaimed or unpaid tax refund checks into the income tax reserve fund, senator Dennis Rodriguez's Bill 132 which would help with GMHs finances by expanding its borrowing ability, and senator Tony Ada's Bill 119 relative to home invasions. Also up for discussion are three resolutions and five appointments including Henry Taitano as the administrator of the Guam Economic Development Authority. Session starts Monday at 9 A.M.
