GUAM - It appears there could be a conflict with attorney Sam Teker's representation of Raymond Tedtaotao who has been charged in the Nimitz Hill home invasion case. During today's court hearing it was brought to light that attorney Teker previously represented co-defendant Anthony Mendiola but in an unrelated case.

Superior Court judge Maria Cenzon elaborated, "The court does feel that there could be some potential conflicts that could cause you sometime during trial to then give pause to your waiver you are making today."

Although Mendiola waived any objection to attorney Teker representing  Tedtaotao, judge Cenzon decided to give him more time to think about the issue. The hearing was continued for Monday.
