GUAM - As president of the Guam Community College for the last six years Dr. Mary Okada has garnered momentum at building up the Mangilao campus and there's no stopping her now as she announced today she'll be extending her contract another three years.
Under her purview, she prides herself on the addition of four new buildings with two more on the way. GCC is a multi-faceted public career and technical education institute.
