The Department of Revenue and Taxation says its system is back up and running after being restored late last night.

Most taxpayer services are now fully operational, including online filing for business privilege taxes and individual income tax returns. Business license and vehicle registration services have also resumed, including online renewals.

However, services at the Driver’s License and Examination Branch are only partially restored.

At this time, DRT can issue permits and schedule written tests, while all other transactions remain temporarily suspended as work continues to bring the system back to full capacity.

Taxpayers can access services online at myguamtax.com, guamtax.com, and pay.guam.gov.

DRT says updates will be provided as more services come back online.
