FSM fugitive detained at airport
A 30-year-old man who arrived from the FSM was detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Guam International Airport.

By KUAM NewsGuam - A 30-year-old man who arrived from the FSM was detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Guam International Airport. Faksen Sellem is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the superior court for multiple traffic and theft related charges. Sellem who was detained on the 18th was turned over to airport police for further proceedings. This is the second arrest by CPB this month.
