By KUAM NewsGuam - The Kontra I Piligru 2013 exercise kicks off today. Multiple local and federal first responders are participating at different locations. Exercise Kontra I Piligru is a two-day event consisting of chemical, biological and radiological training scenarios, which will also test inter-agency response capabilities. You're urged to drive cautiously when you see emergency response vehicles on the road traveling in an around the training sites located at the National Guard headquarters in Barrigda, Civil Defense in Agana Heights, the Hilton in Tumon, GMH, Southern High, FD in Mangilao, Naval Hospital Guam and the Nimitz Golf Course in Barrigada.
