Guam - Lawmakers went into session today set to discuss more than a handful of bills, resolutions and appointments. Among the discussion today was Senator Dennis Rodriguez's Bill 42 seeking to bring Guam's statutes into compliance with federal requirements by establishing a Medicaid or MIP recovery and reimbursement policy from third party payers along with Senator Tom Ada's Bill 69 relative to the duration of commercial leases for public real property and related facilities. Lawmakers resume session tomorrow at 9am.
