Guam - The agenda has been set for the May session as eight bills, two resolutions and two appointments go before lawmakers next week. Among the bills up for discussion include Speaker Judi Won Pat's Bill 79, authorizing the transfer of dormant and unclaimed bank account funds from the Treasurer of Guam to the Guam Housing Corporation's Housing Trust Fund, Senator Ben Pangelinan's Bill 59 relative to establishing the Collective Investment Funds Act, and Senator Dennis Rodriguez Jr.'s Bill 42 authorizing the Public Health director to charge third-party payers, first for services provided to individuals who qualify under any welfare program such as Medicaid and MIP.
