TrashCo fined for illegal dumping
An appeal hearing was held for Trashco's notice of violation issued last summer for taking the bins, but not the trash at the Department of Public Health in Mangilao because the agency failed to pay their bill.

Guam - A local trash hauler will have to pay up for illegal dumping. Following Thursday's Guam Environmental Protection Agency board meet, an appeal hearing was held for Trashco's notice of violation issued last summer for taking the bins, but not the trash at the Department of Public Health in Mangilao because the agency failed to pay their bill.
The GEPA board voted to follow through with the NOV resulting in a $1000 fine to the hauler.
