Guam - Guam EPA administrator Eric Palacios says Global Recycling settled with the agency for $4,000 for their unpermitted underground storage tank. The tank was discovered following a fire at the recycling site, leading to GEPA's inspection of the facility. Although the tank was unrelated to the start of the fire, GEPA issued the NOV, which global appealed.

Aside from the fine, Palacios says the global hired a certified environmental specialist to clean up their act following the incident.
