Shooting case trial setting delayed

Guam - A Dededo man who allegedly shot a woman in the neck over burnt rice appeared in court today to find out when he will go to trial. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and a further proceedings hearing was scheduled for May 29.

Clifford San Nicolas remains behind bars on $500,000 cash bail. The shooting left the victim paralyzed for life.
