Guam - The Guam Contractors Association has a new board of directors as Governor Eddie Calvo administered the oath of office to the new board today at its monthly membership meeting at the Hilton.

Along with nine new directors, leading the GCA for the next year are immediate past chairman Robert Salas of LMS, chairman Tom Anderson of Black Construction, vice chairman Art Chan of Hawaiian Rock Products and secretary/treasurer John Sage of Watts Constructors.
