Man pleads guilty to Ice distribution

Patrick J. Brennan, Jr. has agreed to enter a guilty plea to a charge of conspiracy to distribute less than five grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride.

Guam - Patrick J. Brennan, Jr. has agreed to enter a guilty plea to a charge of conspiracy to distribute less than five grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride. Back in January the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Brennan when he arrived at the airport after he had been hiding out in the Philippines.  He was charged in a sealed indictment back in February of last year charged with distribution of the drug Ice and conspiracy.  According to the plea agreement, Brennan admits that he and John Paul Brennan sold the drug Ice. He also admits that he used his Toyota F.J. Cruiser to deliver the drugs and have it forfeited.  Sentencing is set for September 5.
