Guam - 29-year-old Richard Joseph Lujan Naputi faces multiple criminal charges.  It was on May 10 and 11th he's accused of violating a court order to stay away from a woman who is the victim of his prior family violence and assault case.  On the 10th Naputi is accused of calling the victim on her cell phone more than 20 times, but she didn't answer. Later that evening he tried to break into her home. The following day he's accused of breaking the court order again by going to the victim's house.  Naputi is charged with violating a court order, terrorizing, family violence, criminal trespass and harassment.
